André Luiz Rodrigues Sitta

He earned his Master's degree in Labour Law in 2001 with the thesis “Attachment of a Quotaholder's Assets: Labour Enforcement, a Case Study”, published in 2003 by Editora Juruá.

He was an assistant professor of Procedural Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP) from 1996 to 2004, and coordinator of the Law programme at Faculdade Anchieta from 2004 to 2007. He serves on the Examination and Internship Committee of the São Paulo Bar Association.

He has been with Abreu Sampaio Advocacia since 1992, working chiefly in Labour, Civil, Civil Procedural, Commercial, Corporate and Public law.
